Partial Planning & Coordination

Partial planning is for the busy couple who enjoy choosing their vendors and planning their big day, but want the assistance of a professional to guide them through the process. We will aid in venue and vendor selection, help with your design and decor, attend meetings, and communicate with your vendors. Timeline creation and all features of Day-Of Coordination are included.


Package Includes:

  • Complimentary consultation, either in-person or over Zoom

  • Unlimited email and telephone communication throughout your engagement

  • Assistance with design details and venue negotiation

  • Assistance with vendor selections, including florists, transportation, hotels, musicians/DJs, rental items, decor items, bakeries, photobooths and more

  • Up to 5 meetings (planning, design, vendor meetings, venue tours, tastings, etc.)

  • Catering, menu and linen choice guidance

  • Selection, wording and proofreading of all printed materials

  • Creation of a detailed wedding timeline

  • Final meeting to discuss timeline and details (4 weeks prior to wedding)

  • Final Vendor Confirmations

  • Day-Of Coordination, beginning at 8:00 a.m. and ending at midnight (see Day-Of Coordination tab for details)

Package price begins at $2,500.00

Optional Additional Services

  • Rehearsal dinner planning and supervision: $500

  • Assistance with wedding website creation and maintenance on Zola or The Knot will incur hourly fees.

  • Design or Day-Of Hours not outlined in package, including any meetings outside of the 5 included in package: $50 per hour

  • All Gilded Events decor rental items are charged separately; see "Rental Items" tab. Teardown of rental items also incurs a $250 late-night fee (industry standard).

  • If venue is more than 1.5 hours away, our team requests a standard hotel room (one room for every two people) for the night of the event.
