Full-Service Planning

Full-service planning is for the busy couple who want to relax and enjoy their engagement, leaving the planning and details to the professionals. From the moment you get engaged to the last glass of champagne, our team will work with you to turn your wedding vision into a reality! We will assist in venue and vendor selection, design and decor, meetings and walk-throughs, and anything else to make sure your perfect day comes to life smoothly and seamlessly. Let our experience make your day memorable, from start to finish!


Package Includes:

  • Overall design and vision of your wedding day, including color scheme, style, theme, and decor details

  • Assistance with venue and vendor selections

  • Unlimited email and telephone communication throughout your engagement

  • Up to 10 meetings (planning, design, vendor meetings, venue tours, tastings, etc.)

  • Monthly wedding to-dos, updates and check-ins

  • Catering and menu guidance

  • Arrangement of transportation and hotel accommodations/reservations

  • Selection, wording and proofreading of all printed materials

  • Creation of a detailed wedding timeline

  • Final meeting to discuss timeline and details (4 weeks prior to wedding)

  • Communication of timeline and responsibilities to all vendors (2 weeks prior to wedding)

  • Day-of Coordination: Lead Coordinator and 2-3 assistants for up to 15 hours on wedding day for setup, organization and management

  • Up to 20 hours of meeting time - for design discussions, vendor meetings, venue visits,  running errands, etc.

  • Research and recommendations of venues and vendors

  • Unlimited phone/email communication

  • Creation of wedding timeline

  • Walk-through of venue(s) to discuss your wedding day

  • Communication with vendors throughout planning process

  • Venue walk through one month before wedding to finalize last minute details and complete day-of timeline

  • Vendor update one month prior to wedding (ensure they know their responsibilities for wedding day-including their setup and tear-down logistics

  • Design and oversee ceremony/reception floor plans and seating arrangements

  • Distribution of final timelines to all vendors and wedding party

  • Last-minute errands the week of the wedding

  • Rehearsal attendance and coordination

  • Styling and set-up coordination on wedding day

  • Distribution of all personal flowers

  • Cue wedding party, vendors and guests throughout day

  • Troubleshooting and emergency kit for any unforeseen occurrence

  • Ensure late-night food delivery is on schedule

  • Distribution of final payments and/or tips for vendors

Package price: $4,000.00

Optional Additional Services

  • Teardown and removal of any of large floral installations, décor items, or furniture pieces belonging to other vendors: $250 

  • Assistance with wedding website creation and maintenance on Zola or The Knot will incur  hourly fees

  • Design or Day-Of Hours not outlined in package: $50 per hour

  • All Gilded Events decor rental items are charged separately; see "Rental Items" tab. Teardown of rental items also incurs a $250 late-night fee (industry standard).

  • If venue includes hotel rooms, our team kindly requests a basic room for the same night of the event if late-night teardown is required.
